I recently had solar installed by Matken Solar and I must say the experience was excellent from start to finish. Mr Clarke was an exceptional electrical engineer—everything was done strictly to proper electrical standards, and you could see the professionalism in every step of the installation.
After the setup, he even gave me access to my own app where I can monitor my solar usage and battery levels in real time. No guess work at all—I can simply check my phone and know exactly how much power I’m using and when I need to cut back.
What I appreciate most is that Matken is not a “one hit and run” company. Even after installation, you can contact them anytime and they respond same day if you need help or support. That level of follow-up service really stands out.
